Monarch Of Darkness, Arsene - Chapter 644
“It’s nice doing business with you, Mr. Snow.” Said Asmodeus, holding a small eyeball in his hand protuding with his ghastly talons. Clenching my empty right socket, still bleeding over my robes, I glared with my only good eye.
“At least help me place a Slave Crest on them.” I grimly asked.
Asmodeus smiled and snapped his fingers, bringing forth a blinding light. Leaning slightly towards Freya, just in case, my lips curled down at the wretched scent that had filled this chamber.
Standing with two large iron black collars around their neck, arms, and legs. I saw a sea of muddy white hair that blocked the two gods’ faces that appeared before my eye. Their bodies were so thin I could not differentiate between bone or skin. Unsure of what I was seeing, I turned to Fraya.
“It’s him, My Master.” She whispered firmly, holding onto my shoulder with trembling arms. “I could never forget his aura. Never.”

Drawing two slave sigils in an instant, I fired them off into the heads of these two Gods. Not sensing even the slightest of resistance. Asmodeus chuckled, “you granted me quite a bit. It’s the least I can do. So let’s call it even.”
I will plow his wife like I did, my damn useless brother. Just you, wait, you bastard. By the time you leave, your wife is going to be on my bed.
Asmodeus chuckled and snapped. Sending me back through the portal, I growled but did not speak my mind. Not here where Midgard and the Hells connected.
“Freya, I will leave—”
“Where! How! Midgard!” The one I could only assume was Odin cried, startling me at the sudden outburst. Freya’s expression turned dark in an instant. “Freya? Is-Is that you!”
“A deal is a deal,” I coldly said, taking a deep breath as a large amount of divinity began to regenerate my eye. “I lost more than I originally thought, but I hope you will come to put your life in my hands.”
“Yes, my Master. I Freya will never forget this,” She swore, lowering her head, brimming with tears.
“See that you don’t.” I darkly commanded, turning my attention back to Odin, peering at me with his azure eye. “I will be seeing you soon. You will see that quite a few things have changed. I will leave your life in the hands of my lovely knight.”
Taking a deep breath, I teleported using the rune Tang Feng granted me long ago. Returning to Casia on the planet of Alos, my eyes grew vast as a sea of endless blaze filled my sight.
Consumed in an angelic and demonic essence racing back and forth, I saw war. Bloodies littered the river of Casia. Ash was flowing endlessly over the skies, staining the land. Screams were all but howling as pleading reached my ears. However, neither the Angels nor the Demons and devils seemed to care.
So even Casia is under siege, yet my divinity has yet to fall. Has my influence already spread? It seems it will not be long before all of Alos is mine.please visit panda(-)N0ve1.co)m
“General?!” A sudden call reached my ear as I turned to a demon approaching me. Carrying seven small horns protruding from his skull and obsidian tattoos racing over his crimson flesh. “What are you doing here on the front lines?” he cried, peering up at the war racing over the ashen skies, etching closer towards the ground. “Shit, we need to leave! Lady Seraphina is leading the charge, and we have a marquess leading our side. The Princes and Dukes refuse to get involved so early in the war. Follow me, Sir!”
Dashing off towards the castle, I frowned and peered up at the skies. Knowing I didn’t really have much choice, I chaced after this strange demon who somehow decided I was a general. Keeping a close distance between this soldier and me, I slowly began to notice the scarlet eyes of demons and devils.
I can’t stay here. I needed to head back to the Holy Swords. If Seraphina finds out that I am here and Asura shows up, I am fucked. These seven pillars of light were meant to stop those from the Twelve Planes from teleporting; however, I held the power of Abyssal Night. Such restrictions didn’t really apply to me.
Melding myself into darkness was the next step I took. My entire body vanished, appearing once more before the gates of the Holy Swords in my disguise, concealing myself from even the eyes of the guards who were watching the war at the gate, not getting involved, probably due to the sect’s relationship with sera. I made my way into the pocket dimetion the sect had created only to meet a familiar face.
“Kingsly!” I cried, stretching my arms far and wide,” Thank the stars! Shit is crazy out there! What the hell is going on? Why are the Angels attacking Midgard and Alos?”
“Y-Y-Your back!” He stammered to say. Peering at me surrounded by disciples.
I frowned, growing a little guarded inwardly at his words. “Why would I not be back?”
“We had thought you lost! Many thought that High God Dragon might have killed you.” He explained, approaching me, with a kind smile. “It’s good your back.”
“About that. What is going on.” I said, noticing the heavily armed disciples.
“We are here to fight against the demons and devil of the Nines, of course.” Said Kingsly, confidently unaware how ridiculous the very thought was. Simply based on the few I saw, all the demons I saw were at Master and Lord. “We need to secure the Pale Gate from the demons.”
“So they send only a single heavenly Lord?” I questioned, unable to believe my ears. This was the dumbest decision I had ever seen.
“We are here to kill the four abyssal fiends on the battlefield. And leave. ” Another I did not recognize grimly stated, stepping out with his heavenly lord cultivation. Hideous beyond measure due to the hundred of vicious scars over his face, he stood completely bald, and without a nose in white robes carrying the holy sword crest.
“Those of the abyss? Is Lilith the abyssal leader there?” I grimly questioned, and Kingsly and the baldheaded man whose soul was so heavily guarded that I found it impossible to learn his name.
“You are well informed,” said Kingsly darkly.
“My master took me to Midgard. You can say I know more than the most common man.”
“Care to join?” He asked, but I shook my head. “I have to give my report. If I can, I may join..” I said, knowing Lilith had her reasons for doing what she was doing.
