Yan Fei swiftly cracked the Morse Code, and seeing that this string of Morse Code didn’t reveal too much information, he felt slightly relieved.
Yan Fei began to discreetly observe the several cars that had surrounded him. His body, transformed by a mysterious power, had acquired some amazing effects. For instance, his eyes had become increasingly sharp; even in the dark of night, as long as there was a glimmer of light, he could see far into the distance.
Looking through the car window, Yan Fei noticed that the four vehicles blocking his car were filled with people, and all of them were burly men.
In the car to the right, Yan Fei spotted a familiar face—it was the hulking Second Xie often seen with Zhang Baocheng. Unaware that Yan Fei could see him through the pitch-black window, he was gesturing something to the others in the car.
As Yan Fei was observing, he saw someone in the surrounding cars start to make a call using a mobile phone. Then, the car door of the vehicle blocking his path opened, and a big man from the back seat got out, pretending to casually walk towards Yan Fei’s car with his right hand behind his back.
With his exceptional vision, Yan Fei immediately spotted in the reflection of the car window that the man had a pistol in his hand behind his back. As this man got out of the car, which served as a signal, the doors of the adjacent vehicles opened slightly, with the large men inside tensing up, gripping the doors tightly, ready to burst out at any moment. Without exception, they too had pistols in their hands.
Seeing that the adversary was about to take action, and they were armed with weapons, Yan Fei’s heart started to race, and adrenaline surged through his veins.
The gun-toting man nonchalantly approached Yan Fei. Just as he was about to make a move, he saw Yan Fei suddenly strike out, chopping at the throat of Huang Mao, who sat in the front seat of the car, and with only one blow, shattered his windpipe.
Huang Mao’s body shuddered, his hands desperately clutching at his throat as he writhed, blood frothing from his mouth along with gurgling noises, clearly on the brink of death.
Having taken down Huang Mao with one strike, the approaching big man was startled. Before he could react, he saw Yan Fei punch out, shattering the window next to the back seat. His left hand reached out quickly, grasping the big man’s collar, pulling him tightly against him, then forcefully slamming him into the car body.
A “bang” sounded as the man’s head struck the top of the car, instantly causing blood to gush out, knocking him unconscious, and the pistol he was holding in his backhand fell to the ground.
The large men in the car to the left noticed the commotion and immediately opened their door and jumped out. Yan Fei pushed away the unconscious big man, jumped through the window, and with a roar of anger, he somehow tore the car door right off, then threw it with force. The flying door spun towards the men who had just jumped out of their car, who didn’t have time to react before being struck by the high-speed rotating car door, falling in a heap on the ground, dead or alive unknown. One of the big men was even cut in half by the door, his intestines and viscera spilling onto the ground in a gruesome sight.
Having dealt with the enemies in the car to the left, Yan Fei didn’t pause. He took a swift step and charged at the car blocking his exit route. The people inside reacted slightly slower and didn’t have time to get out. They watched as Yan Fei charged over, his fist shattering the driver’s side window. His left hand reached inside, yanked a man out, and smashed him repeatedly on the hood, then casually tossed the man five or six meters away. The man rolled a few times upon landing and struck a nearby rock, immediately bleeding profusely from his head and losing consciousness.

The others inside the car were shocked and quickly raised their pistols to shoot at Yan Fei. Yan Fei bent over to dodge the bullets. He pressed down on the hood, pushing hard to make the car rapidly retreat. Inside, the men kept shooting, bullets whizzing past Yan Fei’s back, narrowly missing him.
Yan Fei kept his body even lower, continuing to push the car backward. With the Pilot ejected, there was no one inside to control the car. Under Yan Fei’s force, the car retreated quickly. Behind the open space of the parking area lay a cliff over ten meters high, and withstanding a barrage of bullets, he ferociously pushed the car over the edge. The car dropped off the cliff with a loud crash and continued to tumble down, finally rolling into the pond at the bottom.
The several big men inside were severely injured as they rolled down with the car. Not one managed to escape and were all submerged in the water. They were certain to die if no one came to their rescue.
Yan Fei eliminated the enemies in two cars with lightning speed, his ferocity resembling that of a demon crawling out from underground, leaving the enemies in the other two cars terrified.
The car on the right, under Second Xie’s loud yelling, suddenly accelerated in reverse, then turned around and sped towards Yan Fei at high speed.
Yan Fei stood his ground without dodging. He steadied himself in a horse stance, his muscles bulging, as he focused intently on the approaching car. Suddenly, he roared and leaped high, and as he came down, he punched the hood of the oncoming car with tremendous force.
The front of the car quickly crumpled, and due to its rapid speed and the massive inertia, the rear of the car lifted high, flipping over Yan Fei’s head, crashing to the ground. After landing, it rolled several times, sparks flying as it slid on the ground and finally smashed against a solid rock.
Due to the severe collision, the car’s fuel tank started to rupture and leak. The spilled gasoline was ignited by the sparks from the vehicle’s slide, instantly bursting into a large fire. The fire then spread to the fuel tank, causing a massive explosion that engulfed the entire car in flames. Not a single person from inside the car managed to escape.
The car that was blocked ahead saw Yan Fei’s heroic performance and was frightened out of their wits. The people inside began firing their guns wildly out of the car, but the angle was off, completely missing Yan Fei. The driver, even more decisively, turned the car around and sped away from the scene.
Yan Fei did not pursue them, letting them escape. After all, his target tonight wasn’t these small fries. Even if a few got away, it wasn’t a big deal. He was still wearing the Sun Wukong mask, so they didn’t know who he was. Even if they escaped, they posed no threat to him.
For the first time in a long while, Yan Fei fully utilized his strength and displayed terrifying combat power. In an instant, he took out everyone in the three cars. He then realized that his current strength had reached a very high level, even beyond his own imagination. Although he hadn’t reached the Acquired Peak, his strength was at least five times that of a normal Acquired Expert.
Yan Fei mercilessly took out these enemies not because he was cruel but because he needed to survive, and to do so, he had to eliminate his enemies. Mercy toward an enemy is cruelty toward oneself. He was not without kindness, but he reserved it not for his enemies. He didn’t want to die, so his enemies had to.
Yan Fei’s plan originally was to wait until the Drone returned to Shanghai before taking action. With the Drone’s overpowering strength, he might even be able to eliminate the enemy without lifting a finger. But plans never keep up with changes; Morse Code signals sent by Huang Mao forced him to reveal himself earlier, so the timing of his action was also much earlier. Although it was regrettable not to have the Drone, Yan Fei’s attack methods were not limited to just the Drone.
Since he had already gone on a killing spree, Yan Fei no longer held back. He looked at the distant Courtyard and then sprinted rapidly, quickly arriving under the Courtyard’s high wall. Then with one leap, he climbed onto the wall, threw a piece of clothing over the electric fence, and jumped into the Courtyard.
The people inside the Courtyard had a clear view of the great battle that had taken place in the open space outside. According to their arrangements, the people they sent out were supposed to have the upper hand. Yet, they didn’t expect Yan Fei to be so ferocious that he quickly turned the tables with a counterattack, catching them off guard and leaving them without time to provide support from inside.
Seeing Yan Fei burst in, the people inside were shocked, and they immediately sounded the alarm. Soon, dozens of thugs ran out from the rooms inside the Courtyard, wielding various weapons.
Standing in the Courtyard, Yan Fei observed that the Marquis and Zhang Baocheng were standing on the second-floor balcony with faces full of shock, looking as if they couldn’t believe their eyes. As soon as they saw that Yan Fei, wearing the mask, had noticed them, they shrank back in fear and entered one of the rooms on the second floor, hastily closing the door behind them.
Yan Fei snorted coldly, kicking down two black-clad men who approached him with cleavers, then knocked down a burly man with a single punch. He casually picked up the baseball bat the burly man had dropped and made his way through, striking down anyone in his path. With his extraordinary strength now and his swings too fast to see, anyone who faced him didn’t stand a chance. Anyone coming near Yan Fei went down instantly.
As Yan Fei advanced, those burly men fell to the ground one after another, clutching their limbs and wailing in agony.
The ferocity of Yan Fei scared the thugs from coming any closer. They just shouted loudly and encircled him from a distance. Yan Fei threw the baseball bat from his hand far away, startling the surrounding thugs. Yan Fei then leaped up, hooking his hand onto a railing on the second floor and flipping himself over to land on the balcony. He pinpointed the room, kicked at the door, and toppled the tightly closed door.
Yan Fei walked into the room and saw that inside were indeed the Marquis and Zhang Baocheng, along with a sturdy young man.
Upon seeing Yan Fei, Zhang Baocheng immediately trembled with fear. He said, “You are Yan Fei, you must be Yan Fei, I know it’s you. You’ve killed so many of us; you’re dead for sure.”
Yan Fei didn’t remove the Sun Wukong mask from his face and simply chuckled coldly, ignoring Zhang Baocheng’s words. He intended to kill this person who for some absurd reason caused him trouble and acted as a Traitor.
If it hadn’t been for Zhang Baocheng’s greed trying to take advantage of Yan Fei’s property, Yan Fei wouldn’t have fallen into such a perilous situation. Even if the upgrade of his Drone Avatar was a bit slower, it would have been safe for him. Unlike now, where he had faced several life-and-death crises. Therefore, the situation Yan Fei faced now was entirely caused by Zhang Baocheng, making him his greatest enemy.
